The double bass endpins by Klaus Bender offer unique features: The buttons are machined from solid aluminium. The cone has a fine thread, which improves the contact to the instrument, resulting in a better coupling between the double bass and the floor and as such in a better sound. The endpin is clamped by turning a big, comfortable collet nut.
Please note: The fitting of the Bender cone should be done by a violin maker.
